2. Member Account Management Rules

When you complete personal member account registration on the Wowohello platform, you shall independently undertake full responsibility for protecting your account information, login password, bound mobile phone, email and other private data. All shopping operations, information modification records, order behaviors and other operating records generated under your account shall be fully borne by you, and you shall assume corresponding legal liabilities and economic losses arising therefrom.
We reserve the right to take restrictive measures such as account warning, permission suspension, temporary freezing and permanent cancellation against any account that violates service regulations, conducts malicious orders and refunds, infringes on the brand’s legitimate rights and interests, or harms the shopping experience and rights of other users.

3. Order Submission & Payment Rules

When submitting apparel purchase orders on the platform, you shall guarantee that the recipient name, contact number, delivery address, billing information and other reserved information you fill in are true, accurate, complete and valid. After confirming order submission, you authorize us to complete fund deduction through the payment channel you have bound and verified.
All apparel prices displayed on the official website are subject to real-time page display. To adapt to product iteration, fabric upgrading, market operation adjustment and cost changes, we have the right to appropriately adjust commodity prices without prior individual notice. In accordance with local regulatory requirements, users shall independently bear the corresponding sales taxes, logistics shipping fees and other incidental service expenses generated during the shopping process.

Due to objective uncontrollable factors such as different user display devices, screen resolution differences, ambient light during shooting and personal color perception deviation, subtle color difference and tiny detail gaps between physical garments and online pictures may exist. Such minor differences do not belong to product quality problems.
